Rhizome short; rhizome scales ± black, lanceolate in outline, 2–5 x 0.5 mm. Fronds tufted, subcoriaceous, narrowly elliptic-lanceolate, 20–50 x 2–4(–6.5) cm, finely pointed, very gradually narrowed at the base into a short winged stipe, entire, glabrous, costa sunken above, flattened beneath; nerves scarcely visible, forming a row of elongated areoles. Sori linear, oblique, overlapping by 1/4–1/2 of their length. |
