Description: |
Tree up to 30 m., evergreen, with milky latex. Bole fluted, bark smooth, grey-brown. Leaves alternate, lamina oblong-lanceolate, base slightly asymmetric. Male flowers cover the surface of golf ball sized inflorescences; the female inflorescence is up to about 15 cm in diameter; the mature infructescence is about the size of a football. |
